Exchange, Cancellation, and Return Policy
ABOUT YOUR ORDER:
- As our products are personalized and made to order, it is not possible to cancel or return an order once the artwork creation or production process has begun.
- Carefully review all details of your order, including customizations and the spelling of names or phrases, before confirming your purchase.
- Due to differences in monitor settings and the materials used for customization (ceramic, glass, aluminum), there may be a 10% to 20% color variation between the on-screen image and the final product.
SHIPPING POLICY:
- Inkedspire Studio is not directly responsible for product delivery; we act solely as an intermediary between the customer and the shipping carrier. However, we provide support to track and resolve any delivery issues.
- Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package within the estimated delivery time. If no one is available, the carrier will attempt two additional deliveries. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned, and a new shipping fee will be charged for reshipment.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS:

Exchanges will only be accepted in cases of defects or manufacturing errors. The customer must contact our support team and follow the instructions for case evaluation.

If a technical defect or production error is confirmed, the customer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.

If a different product than the one ordered is delivered, the customer must refuse the delivery or contact us within 7 (seven) days so we can arrange for a replacement.

If the item for exchange is no longer available, the customer may choose:
- Store credit for the product value, including the shipping cost;
- An exchange for another available item of equal value on www.inkedspirestudio.com, including shipping if applicable;
- A full refund for the product and shipping cost.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Once the order is confirmed, it automatically enters our production queue. If a cancellation is requested before the artwork is finalized, a 50% refund will be issued, deducting administrative costs. After production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

If the customer receives a defective or incorrect item, they must contact us within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving it, providing clear photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If an exchange is necessary, we will provide detailed instructions. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within a reasonable period after the returned item has been received and inspected.
